Come and join us on a Thursday Afternoon at 1:00 pm. Sharon leads a spiritual meditation that centers us on the love of God, whom you may refer to as Christ, Creator, Love....all expressions are welcome. No experience necessary. The sessions are very cassual, welcoming and easy for those new to meditation and seasoned pros. The sactuary space at Spirit of Life is calm and peaceful, with stained glass windows depicting God's creation of the Wesst Coast. You are most welcom.
